Suppliers and Customers
On 25th May 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) took effect.
As a Company who holds personal data relating to your business, we are legally obliged to inform you of what data we hold for you and how we will / will not use it.
We request that you read the information contained within this statement and let us know if you have any objections to us using and storing your data as outlined further below.
The information we store and use is to enable us to trade with you and will only be stored as long as is necessary before being securely destroyed. We will never sell this information to any other party.
We do use third party service providers to enable our business to function. Information will be supplied to them only as is necessary for them to supply their services.
The information we hold includes:
- Business Name
- Business Address (including all site locations where applicable)
- Business Contacts
- Contact telephone numbers and e-mail addresses
- Company Number
- VAT number
- Bank Account Details (if supplied)
- Information from our Credit Checking Agency
All data is kept in a secure environment and is only accessible by our staff.
Records will be kept for a period of 7/8 years after trading with our Company ends.
Finally, it is deemed that any information you have/will provide to us is your consent for us to hold that data.
